And then there was a wedding...

A few weeks after the Lingerie Shower & Bachelorette Party was Angela's wedding. It was on a Friday night so I was able to take off the day before and be there for all the fun festivities!! I got to spend some fun time with a dear old friend Melissa and her precious little girl Lily. I hadn't seen Melissa in about 8 years and never met Lily, so we had a lot of catching up to do. We went to the San Antonio River Walk to get some yummy mexican food and then headed to the Children's Museum. We had soo much fun there and I definitely recommend you visit there when you are in San Antonio.

Then we had the Rehersal dinner at Angela and Ryan's house. We got yummy italian food and cheesecake.

Here are is the flower girl Lily and the Ring bears' Andy and Tyler - they had fun climbing in the trees and chasing each other around.

Friday was soo fun getting our hair and make up done and then it was on to the ceremony. We thought that it was going to rain all day but got lucky and it cleared out by noonish, but it left some chilly tempts of the 40's. Unfortunately the wedding was outside so Angela and Ryan had to rent us some heaters and the guests had to drag out their winter coats. The pavilion where the wedding was held had some drop cloths they rolled down to kinda shield the cold windy tempts. Besides the weather it was a beautiful ceremony and a fabulous reception. Here are some pics!!!!

Angela and Lily the flower girl - I love her curls!

Angela - she's such a beautiful bride!!

The Wedding Party - Me, Vanessa, Angela, Tabitha, and Peggy

Miss Lily Sassy Pants!!:)

Me dancing with Lily - I guess our dance class have been paying off:)

I still have to order pics from the photographer so when I get those I'll post them. It was soo fun to celebrate Angela and Ryan's marriage. We had yummy bar b que for dinner. And then the cake was a fabulous 7 tiered strawberry cake and the groom's cake was a choc. cake. Vanessa's Mom Mary did an amazing job again! These cakes were soo moist and the icing was delicious. Mary will definitely be making my wedding cake one day.:) We got to dancing the night away til 11pm.

On a sad note, everyone got food poisoning from the bar b que. I felt terrible for Angela, Ryan, and their family. The catering company, which I won't mention their name, was gracious and gave us a gift card for 2 dinners and drinks at their resturant. I'm not sure I will be going there for a while. All in all the wedding was great!!!
