Fun Holiday Activities!!!

Hey everyone!! It's beginning to be one of my favorite times of the year...Christmas. There's always soo much fun things to do it's hard to decide which one to pick. Here are a few of my Froggie's favs.

~ The Trains at North Park Mall are always a sight to see. The proceeds from admission go to the Ronald McDonald House, so you know that you are helping out soo many families.:) They have the coolest set up of trains that you can spend hours in there just looking at it. There are scenes from downtown Dallas to mountains that lead to new spots. Froggie just loves it!! We go every year!!! It's already started this week and lasts until New Years Day. If you go to http://www.northparkcenter.com, click on the events link, and then events calendar you will see all their info.

~ Another fun indoor activity is getting out to Willow Bend Mall and seeing their exhibit from the Polar Express Movie. If you go to http://www.shopwillowbend.com and click on their holiday events you can see all they have to offer. They even have a time where you can get your animals pic taken with Santa. That makes me want to get a cat!!!:)

~ I often use http://www.dallaschild.com for finding out what is going on in the area. I highly recommend it to all. They have info on what do in all of the DFW area. Happy Holidays everyone!!

I love this book!

I just finished reading The Shack and I loved it. It was a very powerful book that I recommend to all. I am definitely going to be getting it for family and friends for Christmas. It made me laugh and cry. I feel like it's a must read. For me it's a book that I will read over and over again. It's soo inspirational to see the transformation that takes place in The Shack. That's all I'm going to say so as not to ruin it for others. Please please read this. If there's a book that you feel is a must read then please comment and tell me. Happy reading!

Happy Belated Halloween

This year was a lot of fun. I started out going to Froggies Halloween Parade at his school. They all get in line by class in their costume and march around the Car Pool Circle. It was really neat to see all the costume choices. Froggie was Indiana Jones as well as 30 other little boys. It was a popular choice among the boys. There were also a lot of Star Wars characters. And then there was the homemade costumes like the hot dog, marshmellow, and skeleton. Another fav of mine was the golfer. They were all so proud of their costumes. After the parade we had a picnic on the lawn of the school and then they were off to school.

Later on I went to join my bff Brittany and her family for a night in of fun. Brittany and Mike had a little surprise a few weeks ago and Carolina was born so we all just stayed in and had dinner. But Clay did get to run around in his dinosaur costume.

You can't catch me cause I'm a dinosaur!!

Of course everyone loved looking at precious Carolina. She was all decked out in a cute Halloween onesie and fashionable bow. Her Mom Brittany has already gotten her started with the latest trends.

Love the outfit and bow!

Ok guys I'm getting a little tired now.

Peace out everyone!

Happy Halloween everyone!
